HCLTech is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager in Bangalore, India, with 10+ years in SAP PM roles. The role involves planning and executing infrastructure, architecture, or software development projects, managing application support, and ensuring service level agreements are met within budget. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and execution of infrastructure, architecture or software development projects.
  • Ensures project success by identifying and minimizing risks throughout the project lifecycle so that schedule and budgetary compliance is achieved.
  • Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed.
  • Developing schedules and methods for measuring results.
  • Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project.
  • Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
  • Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities.
  • Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
  • Manage application support and maintenance operations to the satisfaction of the customer and meeting the agreed service levels and within the cost budgeted for providing the support.
  • Define and implement clear service level agreements (SLAs) for support operations.
  • Managing Cost of providing service within budgeted levels.
  • Ensure process effectiveness and continual service improvement.
  • Managing risks and escalating appropriately to Sr Management.
  • Co-ordination with onsite track leads and engaging with Customers.
  • Guide and coach a team of support specialists, empowering them through trainings and managing their performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in any one of SAP Module with SAP PM Role.
