Responsibilities

Lead testing efforts including Functional, System, Integration, and Regression Testing.
Perform API testing and Database testing with SQL.
Handle defect management using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Design automation frameworks and implement data validation automation using Python.
Understand and analyze payment processing workflows.
Translate business requirements into testable scenarios.
Analyze production issues from business and technical perspectives.
Manage stories, testing activities, and stakeholder communications within sprint cycles.

Requirements

8-12 years of experience as a Senior QA Analyst or Business Analyst.
Strong experience in Core Banking concepts and Payments processing workflows.
Experience with SWIFT, ISO20022 (PAIN, PACS and CAMT), SEPA, and international payment systems.
Experience in reconciliation, payment routing, exception handling, and settlement processes.
Knowledge of Oracle/SQL databases.
Experience with production support and incident analysis.
Strong expertise in Functional, System, Integration, and Regression Testing.
Exposure in API testing and Database testing experience with SQL.
Experience in defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Strong hands-on experience in Python automation.
Experience in designing automation frameworks.
Knowledge of API automation and data validation automation using Python.
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile management tools.
Understanding of User Story creation, Story Point estimation, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD).
Experience working in DevOps-driven delivery models with CI/CD pipelines.

Desired Qualifications

Good to have Order Manager processes and payment lifecycle experience.
Understanding of banking operational processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
