Responsibilities
- Manage technical releases
- Interact and coordinate with other departments within a financial institution
- Analyze and structure problems, providing short-term and long-term solutions
- Perform incident and change logging using HPSM/ServiceNow
- Manage environments, including deployment management and configuration control
- Plan environment usage
- Collaborate in projects, identify basic problems, and solve them independently
Requirements
- Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills (responsiveness and timeliness)
- Strong organizational skills (prioritization, effectiveness)
- Fluent English
- ITIL Foundation Certified (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Jira for agile and release management (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in OS platforms: Linux, Unix, Windows
- Familiarity with database platforms: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with HPSM/ServiceNow incident and Change logging
- Background in environments management incl. Deployment Management and Automation configuration control
- Proficiency planning / Environment usage planning
- Recognizes core relationships/processes and acts accordingly
- Establishes understanding for interfaces
- Acts in a professional manner
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in German is a benefit
- Foundation knowledge of Temenos Transact architecture and deployment patterns (Advantageous)
- For CH: Fluency in German (essential local coordination) is an advantage
- Broad subject expertise, application to all situations
