An SAP EWM Functional Consultant is sought to implement, configure, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions to optimize warehouse operations. The role involves designing, configuring, and integrating SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA/ECC, along with unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions based on business requirements
Customize warehouse processes such as: Inbound delivery processing, Outbound delivery processing, Put away and picking strategies, Warehouse structure (storage types, bins, sections)
Set up organizational elements like warehouse number, storage types, work centers
Understand and analyze business warehouse/logistics requirements
Map business processes to SAP EWM functionalities
Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions
Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA / ECC (MM, SD modules)
Integrate with Work with IDocs, queues, and CIF (Core Interface)
Prepare test scenarios and perform: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide L2/L3 production support
Resolve issues related to: Warehouse tasks, Delivery processing, RF framework
Monitor queues (/SCWM/QIN, /SCWM/QOUT)
Create functional specifications (FS), BRDs, and configuration documents

Requirements

Experience as an SAP EWM Functional Consultant
Proficiency in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions
Knowledge of warehouse operations like inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, and internal warehouse movements
Experience with customizing warehouse processes
Ability to set up organizational elements
Understanding and analysis of business warehouse/logistics requirements
Experience mapping business processes to SAP EWM functionalities
Experience conducting gap analysis and proposing solutions
Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA / ECC (MM, SD modules)
Experience working with IDocs, queues, and CIF (Core Interface)
Experience preparing test scenarios and performing Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Experience providing L2/L3 production support
Ability to resolve issues related to Warehouse tasks, Delivery processing, and RF framework
Experience monitoring queues (/SCWM/QIN, /SCWM/QOUT)
Experience creating functional specifications (FS), BRDs, and configuration documents
