Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

This role is accountable for driving strategic program management and delivery excellence business. Drive the portfolio of Programs in Data Engg, Data Science & AI within the given cost and margin and provide customer satisfaction that complies with the quality and delivery parameters. The position ensures alignment of program objectives with organizational goals, oversees complex service delivery initiatives, and provides visionary leadership to enable transformation and operational efficiency at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesLead program management for Data Engg programs and ensuring seamless execution of large-scale initiativesDefine and implement Data and AI strategy, Cloud platforms, and automation tools to optimize operational performance and customer satisfaction.Oversee risk management and compliance activities by applying enterprise governance standards and monitoring regulatory adherence throughout program lifecycles.Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to Data program teams, cultivating a culture of accountability, excellence, and transformation.Program and Delivery Management in Data Programs and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of time| cost and quality are metSupport business development activities for new Data business and source further business from the existing clientTo anchor process improvement/compliance and other organizational initiativesEffectively drive multiple teams in delivering EE/EN/NN accounts as per SOW commitments and oversee all facets of delivery ensuring high operational & delivery excellence standards are met across all accounts.Strategize and execute operations towards organizational objectives and support achievement of desired goals and objectivesOversee overall P&L and execute strategies to improve account margins & enhance growth of new business.Skills: Portfolio Management, Program Management in Data PlatformsTechnical Skills: Data Engg, Data Science, AI

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an Subject Matter Expert
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
6. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
