In short

We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to develop and lead infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native solution delivery. This role involves owning delivery within a Kanban team, mentoring engineers, and improving deployment security and compliance automation.

Responsibilities

Take accountability and ownership of delivery within a Kanban-style team.
Lead Infrastructure as Code development.
Implement fully automated solution lifecycles and deployments.
Build standardized CI/CD pipelines.
Improve deployment security and compliance automation.
Mentor DevOps engineers.

Requirements

6+ years of DevOps or platform engineering experience.
4+ years implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
4+ years operating public cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS and/or data platform in production (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
2+ years building CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
2+ years of software engineering practices including Git and Agile delivery.
Experience supporting SLA-driven environments.
