Responsibilities
- Analyze source system data models and understand target system requirements.
- Design and develop ETL jobs, mappings, and transformation logic.
- Implement data cleansing, filtering, and validation rules.
- Perform data loads for mock, test, and production cycles.
- Investigate and resolve load errors and data quality issues.
- Support reconciliation activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and ETL job inventories.
- Support cutover execution and post load validation.
Requirements
- 5–9.9 years of experience in data conversion, ETL, or data engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools (SAP BODS preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and relational databases.
- Experience supporting multiple mock loads and high volume data migrations.
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
- Prior exposure to SAP S/4HANA or ECC data migration projects.
- Knowledge of migration best practices and reconciliation techniques.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models.
