Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, and implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Requirements

  • Senior level experience in technical leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage technology in complex projects.
  • Experience in providing technical guidance and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Proficiency in conducting code reviews and establishing quality assurance processes.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization, best practices, and coding standards.
  • Experience in participating in technical discussions and feasibility studies.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Experience in preparing and submitting status reports.
