Seeking a Senior Technical Lead with 7-12 years of experience in Warehouse Management, specifically Manhattan Active MAWM/WMOS. The role involves root cause analysis, providing technical solutions, and defining functional/technical designs for 3PL logistics. Requires expertise in Oracle/PL/SQL and Linux/Unix Shell Scripting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Techno Functional Consulting with extensive experience in Warehouse management domain, specifically Manhattan Active.
  • Conduct Level 2 Problem Root Cause Analysis for complex issues in 3PL logistics and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Provide support by fixing incidents, offering workarounds, and addressing functional/operational issues with business operations exposure.
  • Evaluate and provide technical solutions to application problems.
  • Define to-be-processes and detailed functional and technical designs based on customer requirements.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for process quality.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and product owners for custom extensions to existing functionality.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in migrations and performance tuning.
  • Experience with MHE Configuration and Integration.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Servicenow.
  • Familiarity with Monitoring Tools: SCI.
