We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MicroStrategy Developer to join our team in Noida or Hyderabad. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions using the MicroStrategy platform to drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires 5+ years of experience, strong SQL skills, and knowledge of cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement sophisticated MicroStrategy solutions to meet complex business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust BI solutions that deliver actionable insights.
Lead the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
Optimize existing MicroStrategy applications and reports for performance, reliability, and usability, utilizing best practices and advanced optimization techniques.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement of BI capabilities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Microstrategy development, including extensive experience with report development and dashboard design.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with ETL processes.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases, including performance tuning and optimization.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience with additional BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Deep expertise in Microstrategy, including Microstrategy Desktop, Microstrategy Web, and Mobile.
Strong SQL skills with a focus on performance optimization techniques.
Familiarity with data modeling and data governance principles.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to interpret complex datasets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also being comfortable working independently.
