HCLTech is looking for an experienced Jitterbit Integration Developer for a Senior Technical Lead role in Chennai, India. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using the Jitterbit Harmony Platform, connecting various enterprise applications like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow through REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Jitterbit Harmony, Cloud Studio, and Design Studio.
Build and maintain integrations between enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, and custom applications.
Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Create data mappings, transformations, and validations across XML, JSON, CSV, EDI, and database sources.
Configure and manage file-based integrations using FTP/SFTP.
Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and alert mechanisms.
Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root cause analysis.
Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Support deployment activities across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
Maintain technical documentation, integration architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
Provide production support and participate in on-call activities when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
4+ years of overall integration experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Jitterbit Harmony Platform.
Strong knowledge of REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL), ETL and Data Integration concepts, OAuth, API Security, Authentication mechanisms.
Experience with Jitterbit scripting and JavaScript.
Understanding of middleware and integration architecture patterns.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Desired Qualifications

Experience integrating SAP ERP/S4HANA with cloud applications.
Knowledge of API Management and API Gateway concepts.
Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Jitterbit certification preferred.
