We are looking for a Master Data Specialist in Puttaparthy, Andhra Pradesh to create, maintain, and monitor Master Data records. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, managing requests according to SLAs, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve data quality and processes.

Responsibilities

Creates and maintains Master Data records in Global MDM tool and various OpCos systems.
Ensures Master Data requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Responds to queries from other counter partners via email/telephone.
Monitors Master Data quality and fixes encountered or reported issues.
Coordinates and supports business processes and projects.
Looks for process improvement opportunities and participates in testing.
Organizes and assigns new organization structures, adds new users, removes leavers.
Supports data cleansing initiatives and serves as data standards expert.
Monitors mappings and replications from source system to CFIN.
Acts as the escalation point for complex queries and sensitive stakeholders.
Provides trainings on master data and acts as a buddy/mentor for new joiners.
Cooperates with Local Data Stewards in cleansing activities and data programs.
Acts as a key user for all Master Data related topics and applications.
Co-leads and assists in coordinating transitions of new scopes from other OpCos.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in master data management, data governance, or a related role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of data management tools and technologies, such as SAP.
Experience with reviewing, conducting data analysis.
Highly Proficient in MS office.
Able to work under pressure to meet business objectives.
Understands benefits of correct and valid data.

Desired Qualifications

Plays the role of an expert in coordinating transitions of new scopes from other OpCos.
Creates and maintains SOPs and procedures.
Backs up all team scopes and takes part in full scope rotation within the team.
