We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead with 7-9 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise application development. The role involves working with technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Camunda. Strong skills in solution design, security, and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

Perform solution design, code and design reviews, production-readiness assessments, release planning, incident resolution, and disaster-recovery planning.
Coordinate across Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Platform Engineering, Operations, and external CoE teams.
Develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, JPA/Hibernate.
Work with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, Helm, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD.
Utilize Camunda 7/8, BPMN workflow orchestration, and workflow-based case-management platforms.
Integrate ReactJS with technologies such as API gateways, ECR, messaging, and relational databases.
Ensure application security, identity and access management, OIDC/Keycloak, vulnerability remediation, and regulated-technology governance.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, JPA/Hibernate, and enterprise application development.
Experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, Helm, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD.
Knowledge of Camunda 7/8, BPMN workflow orchestration, and workflow-based case-management platforms.
Experience with ReactJS and integration technologies such as API gateways, ECR, messaging, and relational databases.
Good understanding of application security, identity and access management, OIDC/Keycloak, vulnerability remediation, and regulated-technology governance.
Ability to perform solution design, code and design reviews, production-readiness assessments, release planning, incident resolution, and disaster-recovery planning.
Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate across Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Platform Engineering, Operations, and external CoE teams.
7-9 years of experience.

Desired Qualifications

Previous exposure to Financial Crime or another regulated banking environment would be highly desirable.
