The role involves driving governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder management for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, milestones, and resource trackers.
- Prepare governance reports and executive dashboards.
- Manage RAID logs and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate SAP functional, technical, and business teams.
- Support testing, cutover, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Track budgets, schedules, and KPI adherence.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of SAP implementation/transformation experience.
- Minimum one Greenfield SAP implementation project.
- Minimum one Brownfield migration/conversion project.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
- SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, EWM, FI/CO and PS knowledge.
- Steel Industry Domain Expertise (Raw Material Handling, Coke Oven & Sinter Plant Operations, Blast Furnace Operations, Steel Melting Shop (SMS), Continuous Casting, Rolling Mills, Quality Management, Maintenance & Reliability, Supply Chain & Logistics).
- Project Planning & Scheduling skills.
- Governance and Compliance Management skills.
- Executive Reporting skills.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology/Metallurgy/Mechanical/IT.
Desired Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM Preferred.
- SAP Certification, PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile Certification Preferred.
- MS Project, Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP Cloud ALM skills.
