Responsibilities
- Lead DFT strategy and implementation for complex SoCs.
- Drive architecture and methodology for scan, BIST, and boundary scan.
- Collaborate with design, verification, and physical implementation teams to ensure robust test coverage.
- Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
- Test Coverage Analysis and optimization for high-quality silicon.
Requirements
- DFT Architecture & Methodology: Scan insertion, ATPG, MBIST, LBIST, JTAG.
- Tools & Technologies: Synopsys, Mentor Tessent, Cadence Modus.
- Languages: Verilog/System Verilog, scripting (TCL, Perl, Python).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
- OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
- OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience
- 4+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
- 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
