Responsibilities

Leverage Cloud Technologies to build latest features for customers and engage with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure teams.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Cloud FileSystems, Networking, Google Cloud Platform, and enterprise ecosystems.
Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
Write and test product or system development code.
Triage product or system issues, debug, track, and resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.

Desired Qualifications

5 years of experience with software development.
5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
Experience in C++, C or Go.
Experience architecting and developing large-scale distributed systems.
Experience in concurrency, multithreading and synchronization.
