Senior Researcher with focus on Power Electronics and Charging at SEEL

Responsibilities
- Take a leading position in SEEL’s growing activities in power electronics and charging.
- Work with various aspects of converter and inverter development and verification, including control and system design, modeling and simulation, laboratory development, and vehicle-level validation.
- Develop test strategies and methods related to power electronics and charging.
- Disseminate scientific findings in journals and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with industrial and academic partners.
- Work proactively and independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in a relevant field
- Strong background in power electronics and converter control
- Hands-on laboratory experience
- Experience developing control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink
- Experience with PLECS or similar simulation environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to bridge theory and practical implementation
- Excellent spoken and written English
Desired Qualifications
- Vehicle charging systems and charging standards
- Experience with applications for public funding of research projects
- Project management and leadership skills
- Swedish language skills
