Responsibilities
- Streamline reporting, benchmark forecasting assumptions, and highlight key supportability risks.
- Dive deep into planning models to identify risks and opportunities for region health and resolve constraints.
- Execute capacity delivery planning (0-24 months), identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Manage capacity build and position inventory, including rack retirement, migration planning, and network coordination.
- Identify opportunities to invent and simplify processes, business risks, and implement scalable mechanisms.
- Communicate ideas concisely to a wide variety of stakeholders for approvals from executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
- 5+ years of data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical experience.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related technical field.
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, Power BI, and CRM Salesforce.
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Experience developing financial models in Excel with advanced functions (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query).
