IKEA is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for management and leadership roles. This hybrid position requires strong experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and data analysis, with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for management, leadership, and other complex roles.
  • Create and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial engagement through offer stage.
  • Create and deliver an outstanding hiring manager experience, providing timely communication, guidance, and partnership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to steering managers and hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates.
  • Build, maintain, and leverage talent pipelines and candidate pools.
  • Utilize recruitment systems and tools to manage candidate activity and ensure process compliance.
  • Analyze recruitment data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to promote recruitment best practices and improve hiring processes.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with company values and policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, with a strong track record of successfully hiring for management, leadership, and complex positions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Skilled at building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders, providing strategic talent acquisition guidance and market insights.
  • Strong consultative and influencing abilities.
  • Proven experience sourcing, attracting, and assessing top talent through a variety of recruitment channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex searches simultaneously.
  • Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of both the IKEA Richmond and IKEA Coquitlam stores.
