Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery management for the FP scope.
Drive transformation and modernization initiatives across business and IT domains.
Coordinate stakeholders and ensure alignment of transformation objectives.
Define and execute continuous improvement roadmaps.
Establish delivery governance frameworks and performance monitoring.
Manage vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to KPIs and service commitments.
Prepare executive-level reporting and governance updates.
Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and process optimization.
Support organizational change management and business transformation efforts.
