Responsibilities
- Build product capabilities to make the Amazon Shipping business successful across improving shipper experience, delivery and pickup performance improvement, business sustainability.
- Work across multiple operations, platform technology, and local tech teams to deliver the new product/service in a timely fashion.
- Hold successful working backwards reviews with senior leaders to create and align on new product visions.
- Implement new product visions by building new services and influencing technology and product leaders across the company.
- Solve challenging problems that do not have obvious solutions or precedence.
- Continuously iterate to improve already launched products/features.
- Prioritize decisions and conduct tradeoffs for the portfolio of products.
- Envision long term strategies and detail them in clear business requirement documents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
