Senior Procurement Leader Operations

Responsibilities
- Drive operational supply performance and delivery capability across the site.
- Follow up and improve key operational KPIs.
- Support recovery plans and escalation activities impacting production or customer commitments.
- Organize and facilitate regular operative meetings and daily coordination.
- Act as Procurement's primary operational counterpart toward Production and Planning.
- Coordinate priorities, capacity considerations, and supply-related activities across functions.
- Facilitate collaboration between Procurement, Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering.
- Build the future operational supply organization within Procurement.
- Drive standardization and best practice.
- Implement and ensure processes, methods, and governance across supply chain teams.
- Support implementation of new tools, working methods, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Several years of experience within Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Production Planning, Logistics, or related disciplines.
- Experience leading teams, projects, workstreams, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and operational execution.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience from manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or similarly complex environments is considered highly beneficial.
- Must pass a security vetting.
