Responsibilities
- Support projects from conceptual development through implementation and commercial operation.
- Work in a multi-project environment adapting to project needs.
- Take responsibility for technical solutions, quality, and project performance, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customers and colleagues internationally.
- Conduct/support quotation development in conjunction with pre-project managers and account managers.
- Estimate equipment costs and source/price equipment/services.
- Develop understanding of commercial food processing production facilities, including problem-solving, thermodynamics, flow dynamics, mass balance, process timing, block flow diagrams, P&IDs, layouts, and utility consumption.
- Develop understanding of automation control applications, instrumentation, and system start-up/commissioning.
- Develop technical and soft problem-solving skills.
- Collect information and data for performance testing and troubleshooting.
- Develop knowledge on regulatory compliance in the dairy industry (USDA, 3A, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science Engineering, or Bioproducts Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in Food and Beverage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge in Process Design.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional people skills, with the ability to communicate and present effectively.
- Ability to plan, delegate, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Quality-focused with a commitment to delivering high standards.
- Work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

- Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $103,800.00 USD – $133,300.00 USD
- Eligible for performance incentive of 10% of ABS
