Electrolux Group söker en erfaren patentombud till sitt globala IP-team i Stockholm. Rollen innebär att ge strategiskt och affärsfokuserat stöd kring patent och immateriella rättigheter för produktutvecklingsprojekt och forskningsteam globalt. Vi söker dig med en Masterexamen och 8-10 års erfarenhet som patentombud, med goda kunskaper i engelska.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and business-focused patent advice for product development projects and advanced technology initiatives.
Identify intellectual assets, including patentable inventions, and assess their business relevance, patentability and appropriate scope of protection.
Manage patent matters from internal decision-making forums through filing, prosecution and grant.
Clarify intellectual property risks, perform or support freedom-to-operate investigations, and proactively mitigate major risks.
Support patent litigation when required.
Build strong relationships across functions and regions, raising awareness of the importance of strategic intellectual property management.
Support colleagues outside Europe with the prosecution of European patent applications and the regional handling of post-grant actions.

Requirements

Qualified or partly qualified European Patent Attorney.
Master of Science degree with broad technical competence.
8-10 years of experience working as a patent attorney, either in-house or in private practice.
Fluency in English.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working in a multinational company and/or an international environment with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
Experience with design protection is an advantage.
