We are seeking a Senior Oracle Administrator with 5+ years of experience in Oracle database administration, covering installation, user management, space management, backup/restore using RMAN, Data Pump export/import, performance tuning, and Data Guard. Experience with migrations and upgrades is also required. This role also values experience in AWS for database management and MS SQL administration.

Responsibilities

Install and create new Oracle databases.
Manage database users, profiles, roles, and permissions.
Manage database space.
Perform Oracle backup/restores using RMAN.
Utilize Oracle DataPump for export/import.
Tune database performance.
Administer Oracle Data Guard.
Perform migration and upgrades of Oracle databases.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Oracle database administration.
Experience in Oracle databases software installation & new database creation.
Experience in database user management, profiles, roles permissions.
Experience in database space management.
Experience with Oracle backup/restores using RMAN.
Experience in Oracle DataPump export/import.
Experience in database performance tuning.
Experience in Oracle dataguard.
Experience in migration and upgrades of Oracle database administration.
Good communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

Good to have experience in AWS towards Database management.
Good to have MS SQL Administrator skill set.
