Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of S/4HANA Order to Cash for a greenfield private rise project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Serve as a Technology Consulting Practitioner, advising, leading, and driving high-impact activities across the systems development lifecycle.
Provide strategic IT advisory, leveraging subject matter expertise to influence stakeholders, shape solutions, and contribute to key decisions.
Develop and manage a comprehensive global template that standardises processes across multiple regions and business units, balancing standardisation with localisation needs.
Oversee system integration with several external applications, ensuring seamless data flows and eliminating manual processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams to align on goals, risks, and deliverables.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance knowledge transfer and team capabilities.
Analyse and optimise finance and controlling business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash.
Strong expertise in Business Process Design.
Proven experience leading large-scale, complex global template initiatives.
Ability to engage with multiple teams and stakeholders, providing solutions that scale across functions.
Strong advisory and influencing skills, with the ability to provide direction at both strategic and execution levels.
Industry knowledge in industrial and automotive sectors is essential.

Desired Qualifications

Prior experience in a global consulting or technology leadership role.
Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement.
Track record of successfully leading greenfield or private rise SAP S/4HANA implementations.
