Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership on crisis management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Act as an employee advocate, developing strategies to improve engagement and create a positive workplace.
- Identify and engage with local communities to represent the Microsoft brand and values.
- Partner with leadership teams to enable a One Microsoft approach and coach leaders.
- Ensure seamless delivery of HR services and participate in HR governance.
- Execute or lead HR projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment.
- Embody Microsoft's culture and values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field AND 7+ years of HR or related experience OR equivalent experience.
- Professional fluency in English & Spanish is required.
- 5+ years of broad HR experience.

- Overall capabilities and skills: change management, consulting, conflict resolution, creativity, corporate culture enhancement, data analysis, judgment, stakeholder management, negotiation, written and oral communication, and ability to simplify complex topics into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to coach leaders or people managers.
- Drive decisions across complex HR topics.
- Learning agility, resourcefulness, drive for results, and a proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of Mexico employment law, labor regulations, statutory requirements, HR governance, and local compliance practices.
- Experience supporting workforce growth or transformation across scaling business environments.
