Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer in Bangalore to design, build, and scale modern web applications, automation platforms, and data services. This role involves working across the full technology stack, collaborating with engineering teams to improve productivity and deliver critical engineering platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications.
  • Build modern web UIs using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python, Node.js, FastAPI, Express, or similar.
  • Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Build and optimize large-scale data platforms leveraging SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Develop automation workflows for engineering productivity, infrastructure management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Deploy and operate applications in Kubernetes and containerized environments.
  • Build dashboards, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools.
  • Integrate AI/ML and LLM technologies into internal engineering workflows.
  • Drive software architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence.
  • Troubleshoot performance, scalability, reliability, and security issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience building and deploying full stack web applications.
  • Expert-level programming skills in Python.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Experience developing modern front-end applications using React.
  • Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
  • Experience with Git-based development workflows.
  • Experience working in Linux environments.
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting EDA, CAD, semiconductor design, verification, or high-performance computing environments.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, or cloud-native platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.
  • Experience building data analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, Splunk, or observability platforms.
  • Experience with LSF, Slurm, or distributed job scheduling systems.
  • Experience developing AI/LLM-powered applications and integrations.
  • Experience with authentication frameworks such as OAuth2, SAML, LDAP, or Active Directory.
  • Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
