We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Functional Lead for our Aerospace & Defense consulting practice in Bengaluru, India. This role involves leading end-to-end SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementations, focusing on A&D industry requirements, and serving as the primary EAM subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

Hands-on configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), including PM Master Data, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Mobile Maintenance Execution, Condition-Based & Predictive Maintenance, Refurbishment of Components and MRO processes, Notification Management, and Work Order Management.
Proven experience implementing SAP S/4HANA with Fiori Tiles for EAM roles.
Ability to design and deploy Fiori launchpad configurations and role-based access.
Strong understanding of EAM integration with MM, QM, PP, SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM, PS, and PLM.
Awareness of integration with defense logistics systems, third-party MRO tools, and engineering/CAD platforms.
Knowledge of the SAP Intelligent Asset Management suite, including SAP Asset Performance Management (APM), SAP Asset Intelligence Network (AIN), SAP Service and Asset Manager, SAP S/4HANA Asset Management for Resource Scheduling, SAP Field Service Management, SAP Integrated Business Planning for MRO, and SAP Business Network for Asset Collaboration.
Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and/or Agile (SAFe) development methods.
Experience with SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA and fit-to-standard workshop facilitation.

Requirements

Minimum 12 years of relevant SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance consulting experience in asset-intensive industries.
At least 6 full end-to-end SAP EAM implementation projects, with additional experience in SAP deployments, upgrades, and rollouts.
Demonstrated domain expertise in Aerospace & Defense, including familiarity with depot-level and line maintenance models, fleet maintenance, serialized equipment, and configuration control.
Familiarity with defense sustainment, overhaul & refurbishment, and compliance-driven asset tracking.
Familiarity with government and customer-owned property management, UID tracking, and audit readiness.
Strong background in Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) business processes within asset-intensive industries.
Experience working in regulated, compliance-driven environments aligned with A&D standards and defense procurement cycles.
