As a Senior Enterprise Operations Specialist for Amazon Leo, you will be responsible for accelerating issue resolution and driving strategic engagements with enterprise customers. You will provide subject matter expertise, escalation support, and deep-dive analysis to ensure successful internet connectivity journeys for a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational support for enterprise Leo customers.
- Manage customer interactions across various channels.
- Develop deep functional expertise in Amazon Leo products and services.
- Lead high-severity incidents, coordinating with multiple teams.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues.
- Provide clear, timely, and data-backed customer updates during outages.
- Drive post-incident reviews and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain and improve runbooks, SOPs, and escalation paths.
- Support enterprise pilots, launches, and cutovers.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Product teams.
- Represent the Voice of the Customer at the leadership level.
Requirements
- Experience working nights, weekends, and extra hours as needed.
- 4+ years of experience in operations, technical support, service delivery, or enterprise customer support roles.
- Experience owning end-to-end customer issues.
- Experience using case management, ticketing, and incident management tools.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise connectivity, telecom, satellite connectivity services.
- Experience supporting pilots, phased launches, or large-scale customer deployments.
