This role involves collaborating with R&D, validating technical deliverables, and supporting production throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and over 5 years of experience in power electronics, particularly with frequency converter technologies.

Responsibilities

Cooperate with R&D to find suitable solutions for product industrialization.
Check and validate technical deliverables (validation protocols, DFMEA analysis) during new product development.
Check and validate technical solutions introduced during product life cycle management.
Provide technical support to Production.
Manage the entire product cycle from development to life cycle management.
Define the correct validation process to achieve target product robustness.
Ensure technology, assembly methods, and processes follow ABB guidelines and requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electronics; Master's degree is a plus.
Highly skilled in DFMEA analysis.
Highly skilled in product development process.
Highly skilled in the UPS industry.
Enhanced knowledge of power conversion.
+5 years of experience in electronics/power electronics.
Experience dealing with frequency converter technologies.
Team player with good communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in English.
