Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH environments.
- Resolve bugs and support major/minor enhancements based on client and business requirements.
- Provide client support by monitoring service requests and resolving tickets.
- Ensure timely communication of updates and adherence to quality standards for service delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation for enhancements and compliance with CMMI standards.
- Offer technical guidance and support to junior developers.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH with a strong understanding of related technologies.
- Familiarity with Touch Services and Video/Telepresence tools.
- Basic knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues effectively.
Desired Qualifications
- Optional but valuable certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty.
- Optional but valuable certifications: ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
