Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle including procurement support, inventory, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Maintain accurate asset records in asset management systems and CMDB.
- Ensure compliance with asset governance, audit, and licensing requirements.
- Manage hardware catalogue for approved OT devices and accessories, ensuring specifications and pricing are up-to-date.
- Coordinate with procurement for order release to OEM/vendor, tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Administer hardware leasing, managing contracts, renewals, and end-of-lease activities.
- Coordinate warranty claims, RMA, and repairs through OEM and vendors.
- Perform staging activities including inspecting, preparing, installing, and configuring hardware.
- Provide L2 support for enterprise and end-user computing applications, ensuring availability and performance.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Hardware Asset Management and end-user computing support.
- Strong understanding of hardware and asset lifecycle management processes.
- Experience providing L2 application support in an enterprise environment.
- Good knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management (ITIL).
- Experience with ITSM and Asset Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, CMDB).
- Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware, OS, and application issues.
- Strong documentation, audit, and compliance awareness.
- Fluent in English.
