As a Senior DevOps Engineer in MarTech at Nordea in Helsinki, you will be responsible for infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies for analytical workloads on GCP and Snowflake. This full-time, permanent role requires strong experience in IaC, cloud platforms, container orchestration, and observability tools, with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

Own infrastructure automation, pipeline orchestration, and deployment strategies for analytical workloads on GCP and Snowflake.
Design and build robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, and SonarQube.
Design and maintain Ansible templates for consistent infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
Create and maintain deployment scripts using advanced Linux and scripting skills (Bash, Python, Groovy).
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, scaling, and cost efficiency using Sysdig and Splunk.
Enforce secure IAM, PAM, SSL certificates management, and platform security controls in partnership with security teams.
Drive DevOps best practices and help engineering teams adopt high-quality standards.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience writing Ansible for on-prem and cloud infrastructure management.
Strong operational experience with core GCP services (IAM, GKE, RDS, networking/VPC routing).
Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Expert-level mastery of Git, Groovy, and Bitbucket, with deep experience designing branching strategies and Jenkins pipelines and shared libraries.
Solid understanding of legacy big data ecosystems (Hadoop, HDFS, Hive) and modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake).
Understanding of OWASP Top 10 security vulnerabilities, secure development practices, Sysdig secure, SBOM, and vulnerabilities elimination cycle.
Hands-on experience configuring monitoring, alerting, and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
5+ years of advanced Linux/Unix systems administration and shell scripting (Bash, Python) is good to have.

GCP certification is highly regarded.
