We are seeking a Senior Developer Automation with strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions. This hybrid role involves full software development lifecycle participation, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8+ years in software development, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Extend SharePoint capabilities through integrations, custom forms, workflows, and web parts.
Utilize Azure services like Logic Apps and Azure Functions to enhance business solutions.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle: requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment.
Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and enhance application functionality.
Participate actively in SAFe Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, System Demos).
Estimate work effort and complexity accurately.
Collaborate with Product Owner to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
Research emerging technologies and automation platforms for innovation.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for enterprise solutions.
Investigate complex issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, business applications development, or intelligent automation solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Strong practical experience with SharePoint Online.
Advanced skills in designing complex workflows with error handling, monitoring, and optimization.
Deep understanding of Power Platform architecture, including Dataverse, security models, solution lifecycle management, and integration.
Deep understanding of licensing and operational costs.
Ability to effectively write and revise technical documentation.
English proficiency (written/read/spoken).
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong attention to details.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Collaborative mindset for remote team participation.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
Experience or solid understanding of Business Analysis and SAFe Agile Framework.
Power Platform and Azure Certifications.
SAFe Certification.
Experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Asp.net, C#, jQuery.
Knowledge of Angular, React & other JS technologies.
