Job Summary

Job Description: Finacle Automation Engineer Experience: 6-10 Years Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Finacle Test Engineer to join our banking technology team. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Finacle testing, with a focus on delivering high-quality, automation-driven test coverage across core banking modules. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and execute test cases for Finacle 11X core banking across CRM, Core Banking and Payments modules. - Validate end-to-end functional flows covering Assets and Liabilities tracks. - Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium with Java or Playwright with Node.js - Perform in-sprint automation testing aligned with Agile delivery cycles. - Validate SOAP and REST Finacle API as part of test automation. Required Skills - Strong Finacle testing experience, preferably on Finacle 11X - Hands-on exposure to CRM, Core, and Payments modules - Solid understanding of Assets and Liabilities banking domain - Proficiency in Selenium (Java) or Playwright (Node.js) for test automation - Working knowledge of FIXML and SQL Preferred Skills - Prior experience in Finacle implementation testing projects - Knowledge of Finacle scripting and log validation techniques

Key Responsibilities

1. To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs , resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) /new developments based on business/ client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers
5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
