Seeking a Senior Developer in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, to provide production support for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1/PAx) and IBM Cognos Analytics applications. Collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams is essential, along with expertise in TM1, TI, Rules, Feeders, Cognos, and SQL.

Responsibilities

Provide production support for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1/PAx) and IBM Cognos Analytics applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PAx reports, TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, TI processes, Cognos reports, and dashboards.
Monitor data loads, cube performance, report execution, PAx workbooks, and system health.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents and performance issues.
Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analytics processes.
Manage user access, security, environment administration, deployments, and release activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Finance teams, and technical teams to deliver enhancements and ensure service continuity.
Lead incident, problem, and change management activities while ensuring SLA compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

Strong expertise in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1/PAx), Cube Design, Turbo Integrator (TI), Rules & Feeders, Cognos Analytics, Reporting, Dashboard Development, Framework Manager, and SQL.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience supporting enterprise-scale applications.
