Responsibilities
- Lead AI and Automation systems performance reporting, leveraging telemetry to provide insights.
- Partner with business and engineering leaders to set up KPIs to measure AI automation effectiveness.
- Identify connections across data sources and contribute to analytical frameworks.
- Examine projects through a customer and/or stakeholder-oriented focus.
- Identify and leverage appropriate data sources and contribute to recommendations.
- Determine appropriate analytical techniques and critically evaluate assumptions.
- Share and simplify findings and insights, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support and/or consult with other teams and identify data-driven recommendations.
- Recommend efficiency improvements and evaluate automated data collection methods.
- Understand linkages between analytical models and contribute to the review process.
- Work within and across teams to ensure alignment in data sources and processes.
- Engage stakeholders to act on opportunities.
- Stay abreast of privacy requirements and ensure data have undergone appropriate reviews.
- Embody Microsoft's culture and values.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- OR equivalent experience.
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in building PowerBI dashboards
- 2+ years of experience in building semantic models on Microsoft Fabric
- Experience building extract transform and load (ETL/ELT) solutions in Azure or any other cloud platform

- Base pay range: USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year (US); USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area)
