Job Summary

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional and technical specifications.
- Configure, customize, and implement SAP CRM modules to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and provide expert guidance.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Integrate SAP CRM with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for solution design, configuration, and processes.
- Support users with training, change management, and post-implementation assistance.
- Participate in SAP CRM upgrade and enhancement projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the CRM domain.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in SAP CRM functional and technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules, configuration, and customization.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming and integration techniques.
- Experience with SAP CRM upgrade projects and solution enhancements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and global environment.
- SAP CRM certifications are highly desirable.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS (OPTIONAL)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Prior exposure to multinational client environments.
- Knowledge of additional SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM) is beneficial.To analyze requirements and implement solutions and framework in customer situations and contribute in capability development

Key Responsibilities

1. To develop and deliver detailed solutions through consulting project activities
2. To perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions -
3. To work with the team in implementing the solutions
4. To develop good practice and Serve as a subject matter expert
5. To design and structure reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience -
6. To develop knowledge base by staying updated on industry best practices ,emerging trends and creating re-usable components.
