HCLTech is looking for a Senior Consultant with 3-5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&SCM Retail and POS, and Supply Chain Management. The role involves developing and delivering solutions, performing analyses, implementing solutions, and documenting project activities. Located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver detailed solutions through consulting project activities.
- Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions.
- Work with the team in implementing the solutions.
- Develop good practice and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Design and structure reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.
- Develop knowledge base by staying updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and creating re-usable components.
Requirements
- Graduate - Must
- Post-Graduate / Professional Preferable (in business management domain).
- Experience of 3 to 5+ years in Dynamics domain of Retail & POS & Supply Chain Management.
- Extensive / Reasonable experience in implementations & Support Retail and POS, SCM.
- Experience with E-Commerce.
- In implementation, preferably 3 + end-to-end implementations.
- Experience / Exposure in SCM modules – Procurement, Inventory management, Sales & Marketing, Product information management.
- Experience with Warehouse management, Supplier collaboration.
- Must be capable of doing documentation viz. FDD, SDD, Change request etc.
- Must be capable of correlating the business needs with the functionalities.
Desired Qualifications
- Awareness / knowledge of Power BI an added advantage.
- Exposure to Configuration, set up will be an added advantage.
