Responsibilities
- Provide commercial leadership for assigned offshore wind assets, supporting operational and strategic decisions.
- Manage high-value operational contracts, ensuring performance, compliance, and value delivery.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, contract amendments, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Drive commercial performance by identifying cost reduction and value creation opportunities.
- Provide commercial, contractual, and financial recommendations for decision-making.
- Shape and improve commercial governance, contract standards, and best practices.
- Coach commercial colleagues and act as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Law, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in contract management, commercial management, procurement, or supplier management.
- Proven success in leading complex commercial negotiations and managing high-value supplier agreements.
- Strong expertise in contract strategy, changes, claims, dispute resolution, and commercial risk management.
- Experience in offshore wind, renewable energy, utilities, maritime, infrastructure, oil & gas, or similar operational environments.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships.
- Native-level German and fluent English language skills.
