Senior Category Buyer

Your role

•     Define and execute category strategies that align with business objectives, supply market dynamics, and technology roadmaps.
•     Develop and manage a competitive and sustainable supplier base; lead advanced commercial negotiations and manage supplier contracts.
•     Drive continuous cost reduction and value creation initiatives through negotiation, value engineering, and total cost of ownership analysis.
•     Lead sourcing, localization, supplier transfer, and make -buy decisions ensuring supply continuity.
•     Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, and operations to resolve quality, delivery, and supply risks.
•     Manage sourcing-related projects and mentor less experienced buyers through knowledge sharing.

To succeed, you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline, motor and drive bakground are more preffered
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management
• Strong experience in category strategy, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Proven ability to lead complex sourcing and localization projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and mentoring skills.
• Fluent in English
