Nordea is seeking a full-time Senior Black Ops Engineer to assist with the rollout of Agentic AI, build CI/CD systems, and foster a DevOps culture. The role involves collaborating with development teams to refactor legacy code and improve AI solutions, requiring strong experience in Java development, system administration, and CI/CD tools.
Responsibilities
- Assist on the Agentic AI roll out towards the different development teams to refactor legacy code into code able to run on current strategy supported platforms
- Build Continuous Integration and Deployment systems to fully support an end to end pipeline for developers and teams
- Collaborate in a highly technical environment always trying to find the best solution for the customer while delivering on our promise to reduce legacy
- Develop DevOps culture within Service Domains and prepare them to be independent
- Collaborate with developers on how to get the most out of our Agentic AI solution, but also provide feedback so we can improve the current offering
Requirements
- Experience with Spring (boot), NodeJS / Java Development
- Strong Linux and Windows based system administration skills, with practical experience operating them in a virtual, cloud or containerized environment
- Continuous Integration and Deployment experience, utilising tools like Tekton, ArgoCD, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, in co-operation with GIT/Bitbucket
- Familiarity with container based architecture and infrastructure solutions, using Docker and Kubernetes

- AWS or Google Cloud Experience
- Groovy
- Vibe coding experience
- Self-confident but humble
- Excellent understanding what other than just code quality drives quality when it comes to developing and delivering software
- Passionate about DevOps, Automation & AI solutions
- Solution driven
- Possess initiative and are innovative
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Able to develop yourself and build up knowledge by seeking for answers
