Responsibilities
- Independently plan and perform new product development risk analysis, characterization, and mitigation of electronic packages.
- Work with internal design and engineering teams and external suppliers to ensure manufacturing readiness for volume production.
- Define product design rules and execute manufacturing process setup and risk mitigation based on technical risk assessment.
- Conduct empirical evaluation of IC package manufacturability and reliability.
- Contribute to and lead cross-functional coordination and risk assessment of new products.
- Author reports, presentations, and documentation related to supplier support and internal evaluation of development risks.
- Contribute to customer new product bring-up and enablement, as well as customer issue management/resolution.
- Act as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings.
Requirements
- Master's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree field.
- Experience in new product development risk analysis, characterization, and mitigation of electronic packages.
- Experience with defining product design rules and executing manufacturing process setup.
- Experience with technical risk assessment and empirical evaluation of IC package manufacturability and reliability.
- Experience in authoring reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Experience with customer new product bring-up and enablement.
- Experience with customer issue management/resolution.

- Pay Range: $129,165.00 - $190,800.00/year
