Responsibilities

Manage and troubleshoot Endpoint related incidents in large and complex environments.
Manage team and customer interactions.
Define SLAs and Standard Operating Procedures.
Handle Incident Management & Change Management using ticketing tools.
Coordinate and work independently in an international environment.
Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Email Security (Proofpoint, Cisco,), Kiteworks (Crypto Proxy, Webmail, Gateway), Cisco AMP, AV, EDR, DLP.
Team management and customer interaction skills.
Experience in defining SLAs.
Expertise in defining Standard Operating Procedures.
Basic understanding of network and security concepts.
Good understanding of Incident Management & Change Management and ticketing tools.
Good coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an international environment.
Experience in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
CISCO Email, Cisco AMP, Kiteworks (Webmail, Crypto Proxy, gateway).
Communicate and manage client needs and expectations.
Minimum 5 + years of relevant Cyber Security experience.
Works well in a team environment and independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent listening, verbal and technical writing skills.
Comfortable working in 24*7 environments.

Desired Qualifications

Mobile Device Security knowledge is a plus.
