Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support using SailPoint IIQ and Java to analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
Manage complex tickets within agreed SLAs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to ensure seamless operations and enhance the organization's security posture.
Facilitate knowledge management by updating the knowledge base, developing training materials, and mentoring junior analysts.
Enhance customer experience by achieving first call resolution metrics and minimizing rejected resolutions.

Requirements

Proficient in SailPoint IIQ and Java Development with advanced troubleshooting skills.
In-depth understanding of security protocols and incident management processes.
Solid familiarity with Service Level Agreements and customer satisfaction metrics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with SailPoint (IIQ / IdentityNow basics).
Understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, access provisioning, certifications, lifecycle management).
Knowledge of directory services (Active Directory / Azure AD).
Familiarity with SailPoint connectors, workflows, and provisioning concepts.
Basic experience in scripting (PowerShell / Java / Beanshell).
Understanding of integration technologies (APIs, LDAP).
Strong troubleshooting and L2 support skills.

Desired Qualifications

Optional but valuable certifications: SailPoint IIQ Certified Implementation Engineer, Java SE 11 Developer Certification.
