In short

We are seeking a Senior SailPoint L2 Developer with 3-6 years of IT experience, including 2-4 years specifically in SailPoint. The role focuses on supporting, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise Identity Governance and Administration solutions in Noida, India.

Responsibilities

Configure and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
Develop and maintain provisioning workflows, access requests, certifications, and lifecycle events.
Support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and access governance initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve L2 incidents, service requests, and production issues within defined SLAs.
Develop and modify SailPoint rules, workflows, forms, reports, and tasks.
Assist in onboarding applications and integrating target systems with SailPoint.
Perform access reviews, certification campaigns, and policy violation remediation activities.
Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders for IAM operations.
Support deployment, testing, and validation of SailPoint enhancements and fixes.
Monitor system health, perform routine maintenance activities, and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

3-6 years of overall IT experience with 2-4 years of hands-on SailPoint experience.
Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Experience in Access Request Management, Access Certifications, Lifecycle Management, User Provisioning & De-provisioning, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Identity Governance Processes.
Basic to intermediate development experience in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and SQL.
Understanding of SailPoint connectors and application integrations.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, and cloud identity concepts.
Familiarity with REST APIs, Web Services, and IAM integration methodologies.

Desired Qualifications

SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or equivalent SailPoint certification.
Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Okta, CyberArk, or other IAM/PAM platforms.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
Experience with ServiceNow integration and workflow automation.
Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), compliance, and audit requirements.
Exposure to Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools such as Git.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IAM environments.
Knowledge of Zero Trust and Identity Security principles.
Preferred: PowerShell experience.
