Responsibilities

Development of enhancements, BAU activities and ongoing support for Oracle Identity Management (OIM).
Experience with Connectors: Active Directory, RACF, Workday and MS Exchange.
Develop solutions within the Oracle Identity Manager suite.
Work as a technical expert with clients, analysts, programmers and other team members to develop solutions within the Oracle Identity and Access Manager suite.
Responsible for testing, debugging and documentation.
Prepare detailed specifications from which complex programs will be written.
Instruct, direct, and quality assure the work of other programmers and analysts.
Work with Testing groups to resolve issues and to ensure quality.
Responsible for administration of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
Performs work that requires practical experience and training.
Work is performed under supervision.
Experience with Infrastructure via Patching, Server maintenance etc.
Knowledge on Oracle SQL development and optimization.
Prepare detailed documentations and work instructions.
