We are seeking a skilled L2 OT Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Cyolo Secure Remote Access (SRA) solutions to support, maintain, and enhance secure connectivity within Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role involves troubleshooting, deployment support, and ensuring secure access to critical industrial assets while complying with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and enhance Secure Remote Access solutions within Operational Technology environments.
- Provide support for Cyolo Secure Remote Access platform deployments and implementation.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring incidents.
- Assist in deployment, configuration, and onboarding of Cyolo components including gateways, connectors, and agents.
- Configure role-based access control (RBAC), secure tunnels, and zero-trust access policies.
- Integrate Cyolo with Identity Providers (IdP) such as Azure AD, LDAP, or SSO solutions.
- Monitor sessions and enforce least privilege access principles.
- Monitor system health, logs, and alerts for any suspicious or unauthorized activities.
- Support integration with SCADA, PLC, DCS systems, and other OT assets.
- Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Cyolo Secure Remote Access (SRA) or similar solutions (e.g., Secomea, Fortinet, Zscaler, BeyondTrust).
- Strong understanding of OT environments (ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLCs).
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) and SSO technologies.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and secure remote access concepts.
- 2-5+ Years of experience with OT Focus.
- Certifications such as GICSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or Cyolo-specific certifications.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) and SSO technologies.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and secure remote access concepts.
