Update and manage the knowledge base, train new team members, and coach analysts on GCP best practices.
Resolve complex support tickets within SLAs, collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless operations and a robust security posture in GCP.
Foster a positive customer experience and improve CSAT metrics through first call resolution and mitigating security threats.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture.
Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud environments, focusing on incident resolution and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
Experience in knowledge management and training methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Desired Qualifications
